Genful is being built as an operating system for custom commerce. It connects opportunity research, sourcing, AI design, listing creation, personalized print files and order fulfillment across your shops.
Genful brings a shared catalog and provider network into your workspace. Sourcing compares compatible products by total production and shipping cost, with delivery requirements in view. A separate workflow supports sellers who use their own printer.
Custom names, photos, dates and stories help you create a more specific offer for a particular buyer. AI helps you explore original designs and prepare assets, while market research and cost comparisons help you validate demand and potential margins.
Eligible tasks can run in Auto mode within the permissions, rules and budgets you set. Other actions can suggest the next step or wait for your approval. You stay in control of business decisions and exceptions.
The platform vision includes Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop and Shopify. The current rollout starts with Amazon, followed by Etsy and Shopify. TikTok Shop is planned, with its integration scope still being defined.
